CALL OUT FOR PERFORMERS

We are looking for performers for an upcoming creation phase and premier of an outdoor show for family audiences.
Sophie Nüzel is looking for physical performers strong in both moving as well as character work to join the upcoming making of “LOOK UP LOOK OUT”. LULO is a performance for young audiences – it is a performance and a walk through a woodland. We create a temporary world that audiences are invited into – a place where trees can talk and where the fairyworld is at home. Through different installations and happenings we draw attention to the immediate landscapes and relay fun facts about trees and the importance of woodlands & forests.
The creation phase will be in St Helen’s Wood near Hastings. All rehearsals weeks and shows will happen onsite in Hastings, we provide accommodation for the rehearsal weeks and weekends in between if you do not live close by.
Who might this be for?
– a physical performer who feels at home with character work
– strong presence
– a people’s person – someone who enjoys chatting and engaging audiences
– good with text/ happy to speak in front of audiences
– enjoyment in making work for young audiences/ interacting with young people/audiences
